Staines & Lammas (Middlesex) FC wishes to extend its sympathies to the family and friends of Mr John Berylson, owner of Millwall FC, who tragically passed away on 4 July 2023.

Mr Berylson earned many admirers locally, both for himself and for his club, for the way that they approached the famous FA Cup 2nd Round Proper tie with Staines Town in 2009, in particular the "Lions" doing everything they could to ensure that the match took place, as drawn, at Wheatsheaf Park.
