Lamar Besidonne and Keith Dry took the side for the short journey up to Prune Hill for this local derby. The game was played in torrential rain on one of the grass pitches, and unfortunately saw one of the College players dislocate a shoulder, which caused a 20 minute hold-up in proceedings. Staines led at half time thanks to Jason Sapsford, and went on to secure a 3-0 victory – and a first ‘double’ of the season – with further goals by débutants Jermaine Sule and George Bezer. This saw them climb from 4th to 3rd in the table.
